Workplace Communication Competencies for the Employee
A full -day workshop that will assist participants in identifying with common workplace conflicts. This workshop is geared for the frontline employee. Although managers and supervisors can attend exercises will focus on employees who do not supervise. Basic Conflict resolution skills are highlighted.
